Definitions

Throughout these T&C, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below, whether used in the singular or plural:

• "User" / "Student" / "Learner" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses our Platform or has enrolled in any Program offered by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy.
• "Platform" means the HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy's website (www.hackxcel.in), the HACKXCEL Academy mobile application and its web version, and all other digital properties maintained by us.
• "Services" refers collectively to all courses, mentorship programs, masterclasses, bootcamps, and any other digital products made available by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy.
• "Program" refers to any individual structured course, mentorship offering, or learning experience hosted on or delivered through the Platform.
• "Content" means the full range of learning materials available on the Platform, including recorded and live video sessions, written materials, assignments, assessments, quizzes, notes, and cheatsheets.
• "User Data" means all data, information, or content that a User submits, uploads, or transmits through the Platform in the course of using our Services.
• "Delivery Support Executive" or "DSE" refers to the dedicated support representative assigned to a cohort who serves as the primary point of contact for enrolled students throughout their Program.
• "Job-Readiness Support" refers to the structured pre-placement preparation services made available by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy to eligible students upon successful completion of applicable Programs.

Updates to These T&C

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy may revise, update, or amend these T&C at any time and for any reason. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on Terms & Conditions page of our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform or Services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. We recommend that you check this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights or obligations.

Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy's Content, brand identity, and underlying technology systems are the exclusive property of HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy. The HACKXCEL Academy mobile application and its web version is owned and operated by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy and falls entirely within the scope of these T&C.

Services Offered

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy provides its users with access to a range of technology upskilling programs in areas including, but not limited to, Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Web Development, Programming Languages, and other fields that the Company may introduce from time to time. Programs are delivered in two modes — fully self-paced and cohort-based live sessions — and are described individually at the point of enrollment.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Program or feature of the Platform at any time. Such changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use thereafter constitutes your acceptance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy during registration is accurate and up to date, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these T&C, HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access the services for your own personal, non-commercial upskilling purposes.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register on our Platform and use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have obtained the express consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or enrolling in any Program.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep your account details updated thereafter.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

By using HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy's Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right and capacity to enter into these T&C and to abide by all of its terms. Sharing, renting, lending, or transferring your account to any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of your access without refund.

Access to HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Resources

Enrolled users will have access to a range of learning resources and support services throughout their time with HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy. The scope, conditions and duration of access to each resource type is set out in detail below.

Program Delivery Modes

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy offers Programs in two distinct delivery formats. Self-paced Programs provide students with the flexibility to progress through recorded Content at a schedule of their own choosing. Cohort-based Programs involve live, mentor-led sessions conducted according to a fixed schedule, with recordings made available to enrolled students following the conclusion of each session. The applicable delivery mode for any given Program is clearly communicated prior to enrollment.

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy does not offer one-to-one mentorship as a standard feature of any Program. All mentor-led instruction is delivered in a cohort or group setting, either live or through recordings.

Program Resources

Depending on the Program, enrolled students may have access to live sessions, recorded videos, assignments, assessments, quizzes, reference notes, cheatsheets, and other supplementary learning materials. The Company reserves the right to adjust, update, or replace any learning material within a Program without prior notice, where such changes are made in the interest of content quality, accuracy or relevance.

Recording Access Duration

Access to session recordings and Program resources on the Platform is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date on which a student completes their last mandatory class or module within their enrolled Program. In the event that HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy is required to withdraw access earlier than anticipated, a minimum of 30 days' notice will be provided wherever reasonably practicable. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy may, at its discretion, extend the access period beyond one year if it deems this appropriate.

Dedicated Delivery Support

Every student enrolled in a cohort-based Program is assigned a Delivery Support Executive (DSE) who serves as their primary point of contact throughout the duration of the Program. The DSE is available to assist with concerns relating to session quality, mentor feedback, outstanding fee clearances, technical difficulties, and any other program-related requests. Contact details for the assigned DSE are shared through the cohort-specific community channel at the commencement of the Program.

Students are expected to direct all program-related concerns to their assigned DSE in the first instance. Approaching other members of the HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy team directly is discouraged unless the matter relates to a specific concern that the DSE is unable to address.

Community Groups

Students enrolled in Programs are added to cohort-specific communities primarily on WhatsApp, Discord which serve as the central channel for seamless communications, peer discussions, and the relay of program important updates. Students will continue to have access to few community groups created by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy for as long as those platforms remain in operation, even after completing their Program. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy does not guarantee responses or assistance from other students within these communities, and peer interactions take place at the discretion of individual participants.

Offline & Downloadable Content

Certain course materials are available for offline viewing exclusively through the HACKXCEL Academy mobile application. All such content is encrypted and made available solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student on their own device. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Downloading Content through any external application, screen recorder, third-party tool, or technical workaround.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise duplicating any video, audio, or written material from the Platform.
• Distributing, uploading, sharing, or republishing any HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Content outside of the Platform in any form or through any medium.

Any breach of these restrictions may result in immediate and permanent termination of access and may attract legal action under applicable intellectual property and digital media laws.

Career Support Services

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy provides a structured suite of career support services to help eligible students prepare for employment. These services are built around the following pillars:

1. Job-Readiness Support (Eligibility)

Job-Readiness Support is a structured pre-placement preparation programme available to students who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for their enrolled Program. To qualify for Job-Readiness Support, a student must:

• Achieve a minimum attendance of 80% across all live sessions within the Program.
• Demonstrate full Program completion in all respects, including satisfactory performance in assessments, quizzes, assignments, and any other mandatory evaluations forming part of the Program.

Students who meet the 80% attendance threshold and all completion requirements will be designated as eligible for the full suite of Job-Readiness Support services described below.

2. Certificate of Completion (Minimum Threshold)

Students who do not meet the 80% attendance requirement for Job-Readiness Support eligibility but achieve a minimum attendance of 50% across live sessions will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, recognising their participation in the Program. Students who fall below the 50% attendance threshold will not be eligible for any form of certificate.

Important: Meeting the 80% attendance and full completion criteria is the student's sole responsibility. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will not make exceptions to these thresholds on the basis of personal circumstances, technical difficulties, or any other reason, unless the situation falls within the scope of our Force Majeure provision.

3. Resume Optimisation

Eligible students receive personalised guidance on crafting a professional resume that effectively represents their technical skills, project experience, and learning outcomes from the Program. This includes reviewing content structure, language, and formatting to align with industry expectations.

4. LinkedIn Profile Development

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy provides guidance on building a compelling LinkedIn profile, covering the optimisation of key sections including the professional summary, skills, experience, and project portfolio, with the aim of improving visibility to potential employers and recruiters.

5. Mock Interview

Each eligible student is entitled to one mock interview session conducted by a domain expert. The mock interview is designed to simulate real-world technical and professional interview scenarios relevant to the student's field of study, providing them with practical feedback and the opportunity to improve their performance before engaging with prospective employers. The mock interview slot must be scheduled and utilised within three months of the student's last mandatory class. Students who do not schedule their mock interview within this window will forfeit their entitlement to this service.

6. Portfolio Building Guidance

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy provides structured guidance to help eligible students build and present a professional portfolio of their work, showcasing projects, practical assignments, and technical capabilities developed throughout the Program. This guidance is advisory in nature; HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy does not host or maintain individual student portfolio pages on its Platform.

7. Community-Based Opportunities

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy maintains community groups through which mentors, alumni, and peers may share relevant job opportunities and professional connections. While HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy facilitates access to these communities, it does not administer or curate the opportunities shared within them, and cannot guarantee the availability, suitability, or outcome of any opportunity posted.

Fee Payments

Full payment of the applicable Program fee is required at the time of enrollment, unless an installment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy offers both one-time full payments and structured installment-based plans for eligible Programs.

All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy does not store any sensitive financial data including card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank account details on its own servers. Students must obtain payment links exclusively through authorised HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy channels. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will never request payment through unofficial or personal accounts.

Installment Plans

Where a student has opted for an installment-based payment plan, the following terms apply without exception:

• You are financially committed to completing all installments in accordance with the schedule agreed at the time of enrollment.
• A grace period of two calendar days is extended beyond each installment due date.
• If an installment remains unpaid after the grace period, your access to the Platform will be suspended immediately and without further notice. No refund or prorated credit will be issued in such cases.
• Non-completion of the full payment schedule does not entitle you to partial course access, any form of certification, or a refund of amounts already paid.

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy reserves the right to decline future enrollments from students who have previously defaulted on payment obligations.

Enrollment & Account Responsibility

You are required to accept these T&C as part of the enrollment process and to provide truthful, complete information about yourself. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy holds final discretion over whether to approve any enrollment application and may decline an application without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have access to compatible hardware, software, and a reliable internet connection sufficient to access the Platform and its resources. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy is not responsible for any limitation in access or experience arising from your equipment, operating system, or connectivity.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

Your access to the Platform is granted solely for personal, non-commercial upskilling purposes. You agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and ethically at all times while using the Platform or interacting through any HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy community. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Sharing, distributing, reproducing, or publicly posting any HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Content including learning materials, assessments, or session recordings through any channel or medium without prior written authorisation.
• Sharing solutions to assignments, projects, quizzes, or any other form of assessment with other students, or using another student's work in your own submissions.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language within any HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy community or communication channel.
• Creating an atmosphere of hostility, harassment, or disrespect within student groups or cohort communities.
• Attempting to compromise, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent any aspect of the Platform's security infrastructure or technical systems.
• Deploying automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious software, harmful code, or any content designed to disrupt Platform operations or compromise user accounts.
• Using the Platform or its communities to promote third-party products, services, or affiliate schemes without prior written authorisation from HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy.
• Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of enrollment or use.

Breaches of this policy may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account. Serious violations may also result in legal proceedings under applicable law, and you agree to notify HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy immediately if you become aware of any other user breaching these terms.

Support

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy offers a dedicated support channel through which students may write to us with program feedback, suggestions, concerns, or learning-related issues. For students in cohort-based Programs, the assigned Delivery Support Executive serves as the first point of contact for program-related matters. For all other queries, students may reach the HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy support team at support@hackxcel.in.

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will make all reasonable efforts to respond to support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner. Any guidance or suggestion provided by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy or its representatives in the course of support interactions shall not be construed as a warranty or guarantee of any outcome.

Intellectual Property

All HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Content including live and recorded video sessions, written materials, graphics, software, tools, templates, logos, and any other material made available through the Platform is the intellectual property of HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy or its licensors. It is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India, and all rights not expressly granted to users under these T&C are reserved by the Company.

You retain full ownership of any User Data you submit through the Platform. By submitting User Data, you grant HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, process, and display such data solely to the extent necessary to deliver and improve the Services.

Copying, modifying, reselling, or creating derivative works from any HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Content without prior written permission from the Company constitutes a violation of these T&C and applicable intellectual property law, and may be subject to civil and criminal remedies under the Copyright Act, 1957 and associated legislation.

Certificates

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy awards two categories of credential upon the completion of applicable Programs, subject to the attendance and completion criteria described in the Career Support Services section above:

• Program Completion Certificate with Career Support: Awarded to students who achieve a minimum of 80% live session attendance and successfully complete all Program requirements including assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
• Certificate of Completion: Awarded to students who achieve between 50% and 79% live session attendance, or who meet the attendance requirement but have not fulfilled all Program completion criteria.

The format, design, and content of all certificates issued by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy are determined by the Company at its sole discretion and may vary by Program. Certificates issued by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy are professional upskilling credentials and are not equivalent to degrees or qualifications awarded by universities or institutions regulated by bodies such as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or the University Grants Commission (UGC). HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy is not an academic institution and must not be represented as one.

Third-Party Services & Links

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy integrates with certain third-party service providers in the course of delivering its Services. These include Razorpay for payment processing, and third-party Platform providers for content delivery. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy is not responsible for their practices or any service disruption attributable to them.

The Platform may also contain links to external websites for informational or reference purposes. HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy has no control over the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for them. Users who follow such links do so entirely at their own risk.

Feedback & Communications

By using the Platform, you agree that HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy may contact you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone to gather feedback on your learning experience, address queries or complaints, or share relevant updates about the Services. Any feedback you provide may be used by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy for internal improvement purposes without restriction or any obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HACKXCEL TRAINING & CONSULTANCY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error; that any defects will be corrected promptly; that the Content will meet your individual expectations; or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful elements. Your use of the Platform and all Services accessed through it is entirely at your own risk.

Account Suspension & Termination

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these T&C.
• You have provided false or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• There is credible evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute without first engaging with HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy's support team.
• You have misused any free content, trial access, or promotional offer extended by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy.

Upon termination, your access to all Platform resources including course content, community groups, Job-Readiness Support, and pending certificates will cease immediately. No refund will be issued where termination results from a breach of these T&C. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will remain in full force after your account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income or business opportunity, or harm arising from reliance on third-party content or tools available through or linked from the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim and even where HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy has been made aware of the possibility of such damages arising.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy, and all of its representatives, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and legal costs including reasonable professional fees arising out of or connected to: your use of or access to the Platform; any breach by you of these T&C or of any applicable law; or any infringement by you of the rights of a third party in the course of using the Services.

Security & Platform Monitoring

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform for the purposes of ensuring compliance with these T&C, maintaining platform security, detecting misuse, and improving the overall user experience. Such monitoring may include session tracking and device identification, conducted strictly for internal operational and safety purposes. Force Majeure

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet disruptions, pandemics, civil unrest, or governmental or regulatory actions that prevent the Company from operating as normal.

Community & Advertising Standards

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy community spaces including WhatsApp groups and any other channels maintained by the Company are intended exclusively for learning-related discussions and program communications. Posting promotional content, affiliate links, or advertisements for third-party products or services within these spaces without prior written approval from HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the community and suspension of Platform access.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these T&C, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team or Grievance Officer. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Should any provision of these T&C be found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These T&C represent the entire agreement between you and HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject.

General Provisions

These T&C are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy. The Company may freely assign its rights and obligations under these T&C without requiring your consent. No joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created between you and HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy as a result of these T&C or your use of the Platform.

Any failure or delay by HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy to exercise a right or enforce a provision under these T&C will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if made in writing and confirmed by an authorised representative of HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy. All notices under these T&C will be in writing and deemed duly given when delivered personally, sent by registered post, or transmitted by email with confirmed receipt.

Grievance Redressal & Contact

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder, HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy has designated a Grievance Officer to receive and address user complaints in a timely and fair manner. Contact details are as follows:

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy will acknowledge and endeavour to resolve all grievances within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
